ZillowVERIFIED Brett did a wonderful job of assisting my mother with the sale her house. I helped my mother with the sale of her house. She had lived in the house for 59 years and needed to move to a senior living facility about 60 miles away. I live out of state. Throughout the process Brett kept us informed of what was going on and answered our questions promptly. In addition he helped us set the asking price and the house sold very quickly. Brett and his team produced a fantastic video to market the house. When we had an offer Brett did a tremendous job of assisting us with negotiating the final price and terms of the sale. In addition to helping my mother with the sale of her house I have bought and sold several properties over the past few years. Without a doubt Brett is one of the best agents I have worked with and I can recommend him without any reservation. He made what could have been a daunting process relatively easy.
