ZillowVERIFIED Brett Kennedy was our R E Agent assisting us in the purchase of our current home after moving from CA to Colorado. The first day we meet him he showed us between 10-12 properties. the second time he showed us another 8 to 10 houses. He was always very courteous, friendly, patient, and helpful. My wife and I narrowed the selection to 2 houses. He took us 3 more times to see the two houses, and the last time our daughter, husband and 2 daughters were with us. Mr. Kennedy answered all our questions, as well as question by our daughter and her husband. Once we decided and selected a house, he put together our offer to the sellers, kept us informed of any responses from the seller. We made our offer below the listing price, the seller made a counter offer that was closed to our offer than the listing price. We accepted the Sellers' counter-offer.Mr. Kennedy was present with us at all the meetings with the Lender, during the inspection of the property by a Home Inspections Company, at a final inspection the day before closing, and at the closing of escrow.Next day we meet with him at the property, we inspected the whole house again. Since we are new in Colorado, Mr. Kennedy gave us names and phone numbers of a handyman, a carpenter, and an electrician, in case we want to make some improvements to our new home.My wife and I feel that he did an excellent job as our agent, and his services were beyond the call of duty.I will definitely recommend him to everyone and will have him as our real estate agent in the future.Patricio Letelier

ZillowVERIFIED We were soo very nervous moving to the Denver / Aurora area. From the 1st conversation Brett Kennedy assisted us in brainstorming our want list and piece range. We decided to fly up from Missouri to house hunt a few wks prior to our official Miltary move. Brett sent us several potential listing for us to view prior to our arrival. He was prompt all 3 days of viewing houses. We weren't rushed or pressured to select any particular home. Throughout the entire process Brett maintained open lines of communication and answered any question that arose. This was our 1st experience with a realtor and the bar has been set quite high. We appreciated his honesty and his continued willingness to locate us a place to call our own. Would definitely recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett is always willing to go the extra distance to get a house sold for his clients as well as always having a keen eye for any opportunity for success in all homes. I recently sold my house and Brett was able to help me install a fire door, locate a electrician, negative drainage consultant, and furnace inspector. Brett has years of experience and has sold a house on nearly even corner. If you are looking for an entrepreneur that can get any job done, and not just completing the sale, call Brett immediately.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett is by far the best real estate professional I've ever worked with. He went above and beyond always. Suggestions he made helped us obtain a higher price for selling our house. And Brett was untiring in helping us to get our new home. One day we looked at 17 houses, possibly a record. He has a great sense of humor too, which made househunting move fun.We wholeheartedly recommend Brett!

ZillowVERIFIED We found Brett by accident while looking at a house we saw on Zillow. He showed us the house and then asked us a bunch of questions about what we were looking for in a new home. Based on our responses, he was able to point us in a new direction away from the house we were looking at. He introduced us to a couple looking to downsize and their wonderful home which we now currently own. He actually also helped us sell our previous home as well and gave us a really competitive rate despite it definitely being two separate deals. He was very knowledgable, knew all the processes, and was very responsive. We highly recommend his services and plan on contacting him in the future should we have more questions or need help again.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett was awesome helping me to navigate not only selling my previous house but a year later also was an amazing advocate for me when buying a new home for myself and my children. He's very patient and took the time to educate me on both processes as well as ensuring I had the right resources as necessary. Brett stands out among other real estate professionals when it comes to his cool, calm, and collected demeanor as well was his integrity in his approach to all situations.

ZillowVERIFIED We owned a rental house in Highlands Ranch, CO that we had owned for several years. We have sold our homes ourselves for decades. When we decided to work with someone we interviewed many realtors. We found Brett to be competent in all area's and our outcome was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Brett and engage his services again when we have another home to sell.
