Brett made our home preparation and selling experience exceptionally easy, even when disaster struck in the middle of the process.We contracted with Brett to sell our condo in Sunnyvale, and he arranged for a licensed contractor to handle all of the renovations necessary to make the unit market-ready. With Brett and his staff at the helm, this freed us to move out immediately and into a new home in Sacramento. In the middle of the renovations, an old pipe burst in the top floor primary bedroom, flooding the unit completely. Brett worked with us to get a suitable service firm on site within hours to begin the process of drying out and sanitizing the unit, along with ripping out damaged drywall and stucco. After the unit had been dried out and sanitized, Brett immediately put his contractor back in action, and they renovated the place beautifully. We didn't have to do anything, and Brett kept us informed of the status of the rebuilding at every step, every week. Brent sold the unit for a reasonable price, managing the entire sales process for us. He was always available by phone or email, and we would happily use him again, and/or recommend him to others. (In fact, he's handling the preparation and sale of one of our best friends' home in San Jose!)
