ZillowVERIFIED Bret French was absolutely the best in helping us find our home in South Carolina. We live out of state and could only come down for very short times frames. Bret was always available to help us. He took the time to get to know us, our likes and dislikes, where we wanted to be, etc. If he found something he thought we'd like, he'd reach out and let us know about the house. Since it was difficult for us to get down there quickly, he offered to go to a house we might like and video chat with us while he walked through it and pointed things out. He was with my husband on our final walk through to make sure everything was as it should be. Working with Bret is like working with a friend. He is by far the best realtor we've ever worked with. I highly recommend him.

Because my parents live in Florida and I live in NH and the property was in Myrtle Beach SC, this made everything a bit more challenging. ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Bret French from a mortgage lender my husband and I talked to and working with Bret has been a sincere blessing. Being first time home-buyers, we appreciated Bret's knowledge of the area and the expertise he carries from being in the business for a while. We never felt pressured in any part of the process and he championed hard for us to get the most we could out of the negotiation process. Though my husband did a lot of research on the home buying process, Bret explained everything as we went step by step. Bret gave us the reigns to pick the houses we wanted and was able to get viewings for the houses we were interested in quickly. Anything he didn't know the answer to, he got back to us promptly to make informed decisions. We initially went through the whole process with him once and we set to close when the contract fell through a week prior to closing. There was no pressure by Bret or the Trembley Group to move on quickly and Bret was great about telling us where we might get the most out of our counter offer for our second contract.
