ZillowVERIFIEDWhere do I start?! Ana was an absolute rockstar from the very beginning. From our initial phone conversation to numerous virtual showings to meeting for the first time in person to being by my side on signing day. She was always super positive and extremely patient when the housing market was so negative. Words cannot express how thankful I am to her for helping me find my new townhome!!

ZillowVERIFIED Babette made selling our home an excellent experience from start to finish! She is an experienced professional who knows the real estate market inside and out. She is prepared, knowledgeable and resourceful. She walked us through the entire selling process step by step - always going the extra mile to assist with whatever we needed. She truly cares about her clients and is a joy to work with. Her negotiating skills are top notch, too - she sold our home quickly for more than the listing price. I would give her 10 stars across the board if I could, she is that good!! I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Bret Crino as a Realtor. I was a first time seller and Bret made the process, which is normally very stressful, very easy for me. He explained every step and kept me informed along the way. Bret was always available, night or day, to either answer my questions or reassure me that no matter what comes up he will handle it. At every stage he explained the pros and cons of each my decisions so i could make an educated decision with no regrets. This allowed me to sleep at night. He also sold my place within 48 hours at full price! I truly believe his slogan Better Get Bret, you would be missing the boat otherwise!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a professional, courteous, and honest realtor than look no further. Babette will make sure that your interests are priority #1. She was always available to answer even the most simple questions during our buying journey. Not sure how she finds the time to make sure we felt like we were her only clients. By far the best realtor experience we have had in the 4 homes we have bought and sold.

ZillowVERIFIED Shane literally was incredible. He really helped to take away the stress of the move-in process. He was very good at finding quality homes that my roommates and I liked until we eventually found the one that we loved. He really went above and beyond for us and it was a pleasure working with him. I will absolutely be in touch with him the next time I need to move.

ZillowVERIFIED With Babette as your realtor, you can be assured the your home sale/purchase will be handled with professionalism and attention to the smallest detail. I purchased my new home construction with Babettes help is 2014 and did not hesitate to call on her when I decided to sell 5 years later. She helped me stage my home, arranged for professional videographer for listing, took care of so many details, and even showed up to supervise movers and put the lock on my storage POD when I moved out of state and couldnt be there to finish my move. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and will help you with your decision-making process withou being pushy. She listens to your desires and will give you honest feedback. You cant go wrong with hiring her as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very impressed with Michaels responsiveness and knowledge of Tampa. At the price point we were looking in it wasnt uncommon for properties to be listed and sold within a matter of days, so when we found something we were interested in Michael wasted no time in scheduling our showings. Michael is very easy to get into contact with and made us feel like we were his only client (although Im sure we werent). I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Michael to friends and family members, and look forward to doing business with him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Being new to the Tampa area Babette was not only a great real estate professional but a huge help in supplying names of services we might need with making the transition to a new city. She is a delight to know and deal with. Very knowledgeable of the Westchase area where we bought but also the of this region. You cant go wrong with using her as either a buying or listing agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Bret (and his colleague Caroline) were top notch. Extraordinarily responsive and a great partner in the purchase of a home. I tapped into his experience numerous times during the offer/contract process as well as moving towards close. He was a trusted agent who provided me sage advice. I have bought or sold 6 homes and this has been the best relationship I have experienced with a Realtor. What I liked most about Bret was that he was always there for me , ready to listen, understand and offer advice. You will not find a more committed agent.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first home purchase and to say that I was overwhelmed in the beginning is an understatement! I had no idea where to even start, so Bret has been a godsend to me during every step of this process. From the moment I started working with him, Bret has taken the time to get to know me and exactly what I was looking for in a home. He was extremely respectful of my budget, as well as my concerns about buying in an area where my sons could remain in their current school zone. Bret painstakingly explained every process, even going as far as to answer my questions long after normal business hours. He knows his business. In fact, he had my must haves down to a science...I bought the third house we saw! From the very beginning Ive felt that hes championed me. His expert advice has been invaluable. When I fell in love with my home, it wasnt enough to simply put in an offer. Bret called the selling agent and spoke to her personally, making sure my offer was submitted right away. He somehow knew how much it meant to me to have this home! When it came time to select a mortgage broker and a company to complete the home inspection, he was right there with a concise list of people from which to choose. I knew I was getting the best service for a reasonable price, because thats just Bret. Even after my offer was accepted, he never faltered and constantly stayed in touch regarding paperwork and deadlines, again explaining in detail if I still had questions. Absolutely nothing slipped through the cracks! It has been extremely reassuring having Bret in my corner. Buying a home is a life changing experience, one that I was initially very nervous about. Bret has gone above and beyond my expectations time after time and Im forever grateful for his dedication and expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Bret Crino took on the daunting task of helping me to sell my house and simultaneously find me another house to purchase. Not only did Bret work around my time constraints, he made sure I was prepared with the tools needed to sell my house timely and meet my goals for the sale. During this hectic period, when other parties panicked, Bret kept his composure and kept the process moving. Much of his calmness can be attributed to his wealth of knowledge and having assessed the situation and carefully advising everyone of options. His communication and diligence is greatly appreciated as he managed the sale and still found me a home to buy. Bret went above and beyond assisting me with acquiring local county information and contacts for all the agencies involved in this process. Thanks to Bret, my experience with all the vendors and this dual sell/purchase process has been terrific. My house sold within a few weeks and the homes nearby are still available. This could have been me, still waiting after three months. Thank you Bret for all youve done.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked for a house for almost a year. Looking at houses almost every week. Somehow or another they kept slipping through our fingers, but Babette kept going and kept searching until she found a new listing, only hours old, and managed to get us into the house and submit our offer by the end of the day. She will go the distance for her clients and is the absolute most friendly person alive. (My kids love her).

ZillowVERIFIED Bret has been a real help to me , as I am a new real estate investor and he has given me advice that other agents did not provide. As a new investor, some of the questions I asked were clearly not the questions a seasoned investor would have asked. Nonetheless, Bret is patient and did not hesitate to assure me that my questions were relevant. I look forward to working with Bret in the future and in fact I plan on listing my moms condo with him, due to his patience, professionalism and knowledge of the local real estate market.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Bret Crino is professional and supportive. His knowledge of client needs and meeting realistic goals is first and foremost. When it comes to making a big decision on where to live, Bret took the time to provide information on schools, taxes, accessibility to major venues, and neighborhoods conducive to raising a family. He takes the time to discover what priorities I have before making suggestions. Mr. Crinos approach to dealing with clients is impressive and comforting. Knowing that someone is working on my behalf makes the process of selling and buying a great experience. I would refer Bret to anyone who needed professional advice and excellent service.

ZillowVERIFIED I reside in Michigan and was not having any luck selling my mothers house in Florida that had been listed through another agent for six months with very little interest from buyers. A friend referred me to Bret and he immediately began to work on our behalf. He suggested some minor improvements to make the property more attractive to buyers and even assisted with the coordination of the improvements. He also used various strategies to keep the online presence of the property visible to buyers. I would definitely recommend Bret if you are looking to sell or purchase a home. He proved that he will go above and beyond for his clients!
