Not only did he educate us on the homes in the area, but he was very knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, trusting, not pushy and dedicated to finding us what worked for us in our price range as well as making sure we knew everything about the home and the areas we looked at. In a very short amount of time, we narrowed down homes and he found one we absolutely loved! He was trying to give me the true story about the house. He is peaceful, honest and patient when I have questions. He transferred my request to the other agent so peacefully. Brenton did NOT argue with me at all in the whole process (my another real estate agent argued with me a lot when my idea was different from him). We met him through a recommendation from someone who had just purchased a home through him, which is the best kind of recommendation. Brenton listened to what we wanted, always took the time to explain details, warned us off of properties that we were interested in, but were sketchy, drove all over the tri-county area we were looking in, and never made us wait for responses to our numerous, and sometimes inane, questions. Brenton is driven to succeed, and lives by the idea that Success isn't owned, it's rented, and the rent is due every day. Brenton is a local young man who is going places. The secret to this young man's success, is that he keeps working, even when nobody's looking. I only found out later that he always showed up when the sellers had workers coming over, and he monitored their progress. Brenton ALWAYS focused on our goals, and not the obstacles. He realizes that failure isn't the opposite of success, it's part of success. The beautiful home we purchased had gone under contract to someone else AFTER we submitted our offer. My wife was devastated. Brenton kept her spirits up, and told her he'd keep checking with the seller's agent. A few weeks later, he calls at 10pm and said it was back on the market. He put our bid in that night. That's the kind of service you'll receive with Brenton Miebach. In closing, if you've managed to read this far, I will relate something that, in retrospect, shouldn't be a surprise. We moved into our dream home, and Brenton emailed us. Being 25, I had a lot of unease with the commitment of purchasing a new home, especially in an area that I was unfamiliar with. Brenton's expertise set my mind at ease. ZillowVERIFIED We started to look at property in June and then became serious in July, that's when we met Brenton Miebach with HER Realtors. We explained what we were looking for and he went right to work, soon we were looking at property that fit our needs. Soon we found one that met our needs and one that we really liked, we made an offer and it was accepted, however the mortgage company that I was using was giving me a run around and I withdrew my application. Brenton introduced us to another a gentleman from a different mortgage company, within a two week span, we had a closing date. Brenton was very helpful in the fact that he knew what real estate was available and was able to help us find a great mortgage company for us.
