In addition, he provided a helpful binder that included important contacts, upcoming deadlines, and a general walkthrough of what to expect. He was also a great negotiator and got the seller to get a brand new roof at no cost to us. And last but not least he was very professional, personable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. In short, we would highly recommend Brenton to any friends and family who are selling / buying a house, and will definitely use him again for any of our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been fortunate to work with great realtors in the past, however Brentons quality of work is a noticeable step above. He is incredibly organized and responsive while also being down-to-earth and enjoyable to interact with. I have no doubt that my home sold faster and for more money using Brentons expertise. We ended up with multiple offers in the first week in a tough market. He takes such pride in his work that he includes important and expensive special touches to help promote homes that other realtors do not provide. He also is very genuine with his guidance as I can tell he maintains his core values to do right by people overall. I had the pleasure of working with him on the selling side of real estate and I can tell that he is a fantastic advocate for buyers to have. He has first-hand experience and an understanding of the nuances with all aspects of real estate whether youre an investor, buyer, or seller. Thats why I cannot recommend Brenton enough, hes an overall good person who does high quality work.
