ZillowVERIFIED Melissa helped us sell our home and purchase a new home. We went under contract in one day for the home we were selling. She handled everything and made the process as painless as possible. We've used her previously as well as some of our family members. We highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa and Brent exceeded what we were looking for in real estate agents. They are very knowledgeable and have tons of common sense as well. They guided us from preparing our home prior to listing all the way through the closing of our purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Huge shoutout to Melissa Young with EXP Realty. My wife and I had so many different requests from the beginning of our home search. We wanted a brick home, we wanted privacy, we wanted a deck, at least 4 bed rooms, etc. In the Charlotte area thats really tough to find in this market but we ended up finding our dream home thanks to her hard work. Not only that list, but we were selling our other house at the same time. She drew up contracts left and right and lined up everything perfectly for me and Kristen to get into our new home. She sold the house way under the average time houses have been on the market then got us into this one quickly. Her communication through the process was unmatched. I'm very big on communication, a little overbearing at times, but she updated us on everything at all times through it all. Her preparation was incredibly impressive. She even helped me load a Uhaul with patio furniture and a grill. Thanks so much for everything, Melissa! We love our new home! Our kids expect to see you again too, they loved you!

ZillowVERIFIED Save yourself time and go with Brent and Melissa. I got lucky enough to be matched up with Melissa as my 3rd realtor in the Carolina area. Brent and Melissa were the best realtors we have ever had. Talk about someone having your back? They fought tooth and nail for us and it made it so much easier (less stress) on us. You really do get the price of two for one. I hope I never the SC/NC area so I dont have to deal with another realtor/company. Besides them being experts in their field they actually had our best interest at heart. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is a fantastic relator. She made our first time home buyer expirence very smooth and very minimum stress. She is very professional but at the same time made us feel very comfortable. We would of never found our dream home if it wasn't for her. I would recommend Melissa Young to any of my friends and family. If we ever decided to do this again I will defiantly give her a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is a fantastic agent. We are brand new to the area and were doing a lot of the moving process from a distance. She helped us countless times- answered all our questions and really put our mind at ease. She also is very personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Melissa Young.

ZillowVERIFIED Brent and Melissa were great! After having issues with previous realtors it was refreshing to work with someone that truly cares and goes above and beyond to make selling easier on you. From day one they communicated with us on comps in the neighborhood, ideas to help increase value, timing solutions, pricing strategies, etc. Numerous times they came and helped to make sure we were ready and we could get top $ for our house. They will be my realtor next time as well.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Brent Young earlier this year to buy our first house. I was so worried that it was going to be such a stressful experience but Brent made everything run so smoothly that our only hassle was packing with a 2 year old. We could not have asked for a better realtor. Thank you so much, Brent! We love our new home!
