While Brent may be new to the Michiana/New Buffalo market, his responses were always immediate and he followed up with any questions he couldn't answer immediately. Brent went Above & Beyond during our recent closing - he hustled to help close the deal and clearly took over where the Seller's Broker fell short. ZillowVERIFIED Brent was a great realtor. My husband and I decided to buy a home at the last minute right before our lease expiration and didn't have much time to look. We initially tried to go through a different realtor and he was always unavailable, took days to respond, and did not do much of anything but send us a list of homes in the area. Brent always took our calls or returned them very shortly after we had called. Brent was very diligent in scheduling as many showings as possible and gave us honest and valuable feedback. He was able to negotiate with the seller to include a home warranty, all appliances, and closing costs. If we ever need to list or buy a home in the future, we will definitely be contacting Brent.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Wright worked late into the night assisting me in a property I was interested in, in Portage, Indiana. I live in Sherman, Texas and all business had to be conducted via the internet and telephone. though Mr. Wright was feeling ill he continued to assist me and get the bid done in hopes that we would be able to obtain the property. The property was awarded to another bidder though our offer was higher. The property owners felt obligated to accept the offer of the other bidders. Mr. Wright is continuing to look for property for me. He is a very personable young man. knows his job and I will definately continue to stay in contact with him.

We looked at multiple properties and he is not the type of agent that is just looking to make a sale. He wants to make sure you purchase the house that works best for you.
