ZillowVERIFIEDBrent did an outstanding job and was very helpful to work with. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all of my questions and took his time with helping me find something that suited what I was looking for. I was looking for something to flip as an investment property in a nice neighborhood in the city limits. He went above and beyond finding something that was in my price range. I will definitely work with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were worried about buying our first home during a red hot market. Mr. Drude was able to assist us with the whole process and made us feel very comfortable buying our first home. And we have absolutely loved our house. Mr. Drude checked in on us frequently and you could tell he really cared about us - he was very personable. We will definitely be referring to him whenever we decide to jump back in the housing market because he is simply the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly professional, efficient, and courteous. Helped in organizing the cleanup, pest treatment, and lawncare of the property for sale. Considering that I live outside the state of LA, it is a big load off the shoulders. Also Brent Drude and his team made all the sales paperwork very easy. Greatly appreciate and very much recommend to use company.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Brent for help in selling several acres of land in Livingston, and could not have been happier with the assistance he and his staff provided. He immediately went to see the land, checked comps in the area, agree with me on an asking price, and listed in several venues. Within 24 hours of listing I had three cash offers, all for more than my asking price. Within a month we closed on the property, with Brent representing me at the sale. Both Brent and Jennifer either answered or quickly returned my calls, and were extremely helpful with all my questions. Brent knows the area, is good at what he does, and I would recommend him for real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Brent was awesome in helping me find and buy my new house. He always responded to my questions in a timely manner, was always on time for appointments, and his advice was very helpful. Twenty nine years ago, Brent helped my husband and me find our first home in Louisiana. He also helped us in selling my parents home. He has always been professional, and if I needed a real estate agent, he would be the first person I would call.
