Since we are about 4 hours away, we had to plan one day excursions to see multiple homes, from South Lake Tahoe to Incline Village. Brent spent the whole day with us on several occasions until we found the perfect home. Review Brent is an amazing realtor to work with - and I can't recommend him highly enough! 4.5 years ago, he helped us purchase our current home. He listened to what we were looking for in a home and showed us many, many different homes that we would be interested in and helped us find the perfect one! We spent a good deal of time looking at homes, and Brent was never annoyed or frustrated with all of the looking we were doing, and ultimately, we found the perfect home! Fast forward to this year, and we decided to sell our condo that we had kept and rented after buying our current home. Brent walked us through the process, answered all our questions and was right there, every step of the way. There were several things that needed to be fixed/changed with the property since it was an older home, and with his help and expertise, we were able to get all those things taken care of. We were able to have it listed and sold in under 60 days. Actually, we closed today with the new owners and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the whole process, thanks to Brent.

Review I met Brent September 2022 at the start of my house search. He was very responsive from the start and was always willing to show me houses the same day I found a house. We finally landed on one which was a probate sale. This was an unconventional house purchase process involving courts and a rigorous inspection process. Brent handled the entire process and stayed on top of it from the beginning till today where we closed. I highly recommend Brent for any real estate purchases in Nevada. He is super easy to talk to and is straight to the point, he doesnt beat around the bush and is not going to waste his nor your time. Review It took multiple offers to get accepted for a home purchase but Brent was consistent in finding new houses to view until I found the right one. He was very proactive in forwarding houses coming to market on a daily basis. He responded quickly to text, phone and email and was always quick to schedule veiwings. Many veiwings were scheduled on the same day the house was listed. Brent is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had.
