ZillowVERIFIEDJon at the Cole Esrchrich Group is simply the best. We have worked with him twice and recommend him to all of our friends who are looking for or selling a house in the Eugene area. He is incredibly patient with families who are trying to make difficult life/ financial decisions. He is honest in his assessment of property and does not try to hard sell his buyers into making an offer on a home that is not the right fit. He is a great communicator and is available 24/7. He is able to get all of the things fixed quickly following an inspection (one of the more stressful things in terms of selling a house). We trust him completely and, more important, he is a kind and decent man who cares about the people he works with. We've dealt with a lot of realtors over the years, but Jon has them all beat.

ZillowVERIFIED I have yet to find a place, but these guys are the best. Really know their stuff and respond really fast. I've put in a few offers here and there and it was all done very smoothly. No issues. I would definitely recommend these guys. I first requested information from them on zillow. It was 9:30 or so at night, and I had a response to me question within 5 minutes. Incredible!
