Brent helped me identify a home once he and I discussed what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. Once we targeted a home he helped me craft an offer and negotiate the accepted price. He then assisted with the inspection process . He then helped me with the closing and final walk through and made sure the closing went smoothly. All in all he did a great job and made the whole process easy!

Suzanne and her husband Brent work as an effective team that cover all aspects of the buying process. I decided to explore relocating to The Villages, Florida. As I visited numerous open houses throughout the various communities, I encountered a variety of agents. A friend arranged a meeting with Suzanne. She listened to what I was looking for, formulated a broad community tour with properties fitting my criteria and within the price I was willing to pay.
