We had already moved from AZ to CO before putting the house on the market, so we were concerned about dealing with a real estate agent a long distance away for the sale of the house. Working with Brent from a long distance away turned out to not be an issue. He was very professional and friendly, and kept us informed and up to date on everything happening with the property. The home needed cleaning, a few repairs and lawn maintenance before putting it up for sale, and Brent recommended those that could help. Those who Brent recommended turned out to do excellent work in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. The house was sold in only 5 days. They told me that he was very on top of everything and committed to them throughout the whole process. From the moment I contacted Brent about finding a home, until we got the notice that we were ready to move in, Brent was there every step of the way. The home-buying process was one of the most stressful times, as far as all of the unknowns, but it was also a heck of a lot smoother than I thought it would be. We had a few hiccups along the way (with the lender) and Brent was able to talk me through the process and made me feel like a lot calmer knowing it would all work out. I appreciate that even though he didn't necessarily need to be there for every question and/or proceeding, he did so willingly. Brent wanted to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible for me. Great customer service is hard to find, but honestly, I don't think it could've gotten any better than with Brent.
