Being a Realtor requires changing with the times and bringing value to your dining room table in the form of personal and professional service. Some changes are by law. Some in what the publicly driven market wants and expects. With long-term participation in committees that affect our local market, I see the good and not so good and work to bring about improvements to help the public have a better experience. I am licensed in South Dakota and Minnesota with my primary focus on the areas in a 70-mile radius of Sioux Falls. I enjoy being a dog dad, riding my motorcycle, checking my farm and participating in my church where serving others is the call.

Jeff was with us the whole process. He was always available to answer questions we had (and we had many!) Jeff was very good good about giving us his "gut" feeling. And that "gut" proved prophetic many times. He was very easy to talk to, and not intimidating at all. He was very considerate to ensure all our requests were addressed.

One of my colleague introduced me with Stacy Lorenzen. In September, 2016, I bought the property from Micheal Olson/Erin Olson. Stacy is epitome of what most other agent 's wish they can be like. she doesn't show you properties that meet your criteria or outside you budget.Her patients and professionalism is in creditable. This is evident that she showed us several properties but never got discourage when we decided to build. she referred us to a excellent builder and is coordinating the build for us. She also assisted my son and daughter in-law with purchasing there first home .She took control of situation when the lender didn't have any Idea how to figure my son's flight pay. Pilots are paid a different rate during the normal tour of duty, thus the lender could accept most of his income. I believe the choice Stacy is the only choice.

Stacy was very professional and fun to work with. Was always prompt returning texts and emails and willing to show us houses on the spur of the moment. Awesome real estate agent I would highly recommend.
