ZillowVERIFIEDStacy is epitome of what most other agent 's wish they can be like. she doesn't show you properties that meet your criteria or outside you budget.Her patients and professionalism is in creditable. This is evident that she showed us several properties but never got discourage when we decided to build. she referred us to a excellent builder and is coordinating the build for us. She also assisted my son and daughter in-law with purchasing there first home .She took control of situation when the lender didn't have any Idea how to figure my son's flight pay. Pilots are paid a different rate during the normal tour of duty, thus the lender could accept most of his income. I believe the choice Stacy is the only choice.
