ZillowVERIFIED When I chose Brennen as my listing agent, I knew I had made a great choice watching him get a great photographer who made excellent photos, video, 3D tour and drone footage. He was able to go as fast or slow as I wanted and left me in control of when to list my home. He was going to make it happen. Brennen invested in many Real Estate websites and social media in addition to MLS. His marketing strategy created the necessary interest in my home, in addition to him performing a market analysis that advised me to list the home at a price higher than I initially thought, but was in line with the market. He planned it so everything hit perfectly on the launch date and we had to manage multiple showings the very first day. We accepted a terrific, above-price offer the first day! Brennen showed empathy and care about the process and understood the anxiety of an escrow and got me through it all. He has done numerous transactions and always had correct answers and a calming way of explaining everything. I am very happy with my decision to ask Brennen for this help in selling my home!

When we flew in to Phoenix to look at homes, Brennen had many homes lined up for us to see and he was very patient and understanding with our home requests.
