ZillowVERIFIED Brennan made the process of selling two houses so easy! Both were sold within a month and we were on our way to our dream home! We were concerned at first about starting this process during a pandemic but everything from showings to paperwork was done with the consideration of the immunocompromised members of our family in mind. Thank you, Brennan, and Lusso Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED Brennan had our house sold before it even went on the market!!! It is very apparent that Brennan knows what he is talking about. He has extensive knowledge of the area and of real estate practices in general. He put us in touch with a great realtor in Oklahoma and worked with us thru selling one property and purchasing another.

ZillowVERIFIED Brennan did a great job. Had all the answers we needed very promptly. We had our old house sold before it officially went on the market. Made the buying process more smooth because we didn?t have to worry about the old house not selling. We found our perfect house right away and it was an easy process to sign papers to get it pending. Now there were complications (the sellers) that kinda slowed down the rest of the process but Brennan was on top of the entire process to make sure we didn?t lose out on anything. He worked really hard for us the entire time even when things got sketchy with he said she said but Brennan was fair upfront and honest with us the entire time.

ZillowVERIFIED Brennan did a great job of helping us buy and sell a home in very short period of time. We do not live in Amarillo so all the transactions took place by phone and email. He was always quick with answers to any questions we had. He even made arrangements to help us get some minor repairs taken care of before the sell of our home. We highly recommend Brennan to anyone searching for realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Brennan and his staff were amazing! We had an offer on our house in less than one week! Previously we had listed with another realtor and had no luck in selling our house. He and his team were quick to offer suggestions to help. They had the most amazing professional photos taken and did an open house the first weekend the house was listed. They went above and beyond! A+

ZillowVERIFIED Brennan was my second realtor and in stark contrast to the other, he recommended homes that were so much more exciting than I thought I would have. Also, his recommendations for loan types and lenders worked out fantastically well!

ZillowVERIFIED After using Brennan to sell our house, naturally we used him to purchase our new home. With both homes Brennan went above and beyond! Spur of the moment he spent an entire day showing us homes, and even had access to listings that were not officially on the market. He listened to what we wanted and we only had to look at 5 homes before we found the one! We walked into our home and just knew it was the perfect fit for us. He walked through each home like an inspector, making sure it was a sound investment. Then, having the networking skills he does, he was able to call and have a home inspection done ASAP. To top it off, even though it was in our price range, he still fought for the best deal for us. I would never use another person and will never buy without consulting him first!

ZillowVERIFIED Brennan did a wonderful job of helping us sell our home. Although it took a year for us to finally have it ready to put on the market, Brennan never missed a call or an email. The house was located in Borger and the selling price of the home was minimal, but Brennan never let up. He made the drive (an hour and half from his office) to personally take the pictures, list the home, and bring us the paperwork, & offers. He was aggressive and had it sold in 3 months, while the other homes around us sat on the market long before and after us. Could not have asked for anything more. Brennan was a true blessing for us!!
