We are relocating to Syracuse to start a new career and raise a family. Brenna supported and guided us through every step of the homebuying process. Even with our time constraint, Brenna made us feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the process. She set up a personalized home search portal for us early on so we were able to narrow down the types of homes we liked in the neighborhoods we wanted. When we found a home we liked, she was able to accommodate us with a thorough virtual tour investigating every nook and cranny of the home/property. She was available at literally every hour of the day via text, email, and phone call when we were placing the offer, counter-offer, and signing the contract. She had amazing recommendations for inspectors and attorneys who were all willing to share any and all knowledge they had of the subject. We could not have done this process without her, and cannot thank her enough!

I randomly called for a listing back in February and was transferred to Brenna at 4:30 pm on a Friday when no one else would take my call - I worked with her for 5 months(!) as she patiently showed me many homes in the area. She never gave up on me and was extremely knowledgeable and seamless about the process. The housing market is extremely insane right now and she was able to find me a fair and honest deal on a home that fit my lifestyle. Brenna Poli was our realtor to help us buy our first home!
