ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Brenna starting in August 2021, when we arrived in USA from South Korea. Initially Brenna helped us to find a house to rent in the Princeton School district, while settling in the US and searching for a house to buy. Brenna was very helpful and patient along the process. We visited together probably 20 houses and she was always available, kind, very professional and transparent. She always tried to find the "right" house for house and never put pressure to close a deal. We felt we could fully trust her and get good advice (including to wait when it was better to wait). We stayed in contact even when we put the search on hold for some months and was always available to visit a new house at our initiative, even with short notice. Finally in late November 2022 we found a good opportunity and she stepped in, supporting us in the process, negotiation and during inspection phase. We could get several works done to fix minor issues before closing which happened on January 17th, less than 1 month since our offer was accepted.
