Very knowledgeable on the buying process, legal paperwork, and communication with the sellers. Also was very good at answering questions about mortgage loans and general features of various houses.

After working with Brendan earlier in the year to buy a rental property in Philadelphia, Brendan helped me to purchase a triplex which I will be living in. He is professional, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and overall a really nice down to earth person to work with. My fiancee and I will be working with him many times in the future as we grow our rental portfolio.

I hired Brendan to both help me sell my old home and to help me find a new home for my wife and I. Brendan took care of all the heavy lifting and made selling the house easy on my part. Within 2 days of his listing my old house it was sold with a competitive offer. As far as buying the next home, I couldn't have asked for a better agent. He was always incredibly responsive with my inquiries, always having an answer for me within minutes and being very knowledgeable and patient. After several showings in my requested area(s), my wife and I found the home we wanted and he made the process simple for us and had all paperwork done on our end quickly and efficiently. He did an amazing job helping us handle some curveballs thrown at us towards closing as well. Overall I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Brendan was able to get me a showing for the house I bought within 20 minutes of it going on the market. He was dutiful and came with me to the home inspection and helped ensure that parts I wouldn't have thought to ask were answered. If there was something I needed, I could reach out to him any time and hear back within 10 minutes. I highly recommend reach out to him if you are looking to buy a home.

My fiance and I found Brendan on Bigger Pockets when looking into buying a rental property. We had limited knowledge and experience in buying rentals, but Brendan was very helpful and patient, offering prompt and thoughtful feedback to us whenever we had questions. Between his down to earth personality, his tireless knowledge, or his ungodly level of responsiveness to texts, calls, and emails, we would undoubtedly recommend him to anyone looking for a home or rental property in the Philadelphia area. We will be using him again for many of our future purchases.

We knew nothing about buying a house (especially in Philadelphia during a pandemic), and Brendan made it very easy. We hit a few roadblocks that he expertly helped us navigate, and he was incredibly responsive.

I found Brendans name while reviewing info about potential investment markets on Bigger Pockets. I reached out to him via email and he responded to me immediately with helpful advice, and that has been the tone of the relationship ever since! Brendan helped us find a rental property in Germantown. We live in New York and had no contacts in Philly so trust here was essential. He helped us locate a place that would generate high cash flow. After the purchase, he helped us by finding tenants and conducting showings which led to populating the townhouse with two tenants. Hes been far more responsive than my property manager to the point where I prefer him to manage the place! I highly recommend Brendan. He works hard and truly cares about your outcome.

My experience working with Brendan was top tier, A+. I purchased my first rental property and Brendan showed me the ropes and found me the perfect first deal. He has properties himself and has excellent experience. He is very responsive and resourceful, making the entire process extremely simple. I am looking forward to the next property and will be sure to call Brandon!

Brendan was very patient and willing to do whatever it took to get the house we really dreamed of. This was not our first house so we had a lot of specific things wanted in a house and took the time to make sure we were happy. ??

Brendan was wonderful! A real asset as I navigated my first home purchase. He was able to successfully negotiate a sellers' assist, and a significant amount of work that the sellers completed for me prior to sale, saving me thousands of dollars and weeks of aggravation. Communication was prompt, meetings were productive, and closing was smooth. Very satisfied!
