It was a totally excellent experience having Jack as our agent ! - five stars arent enough to express our thanks to him. We first met Jack at an open house in March 2025 - he was the sellers agent for a property wed been watching for a couple of months already. At the time, we were in a lease until the end of August and there was no way we could purchase anything at the time or even consider making an offer - it really almost felt like too soon for us to even go to this open house - but Jack was so nice to us when we explained our situation - just super friendly and welcoming - we instantly felt comfortable and safe with him. Fast forward to the end of April - the same house was still on the market and it was open on a Saturday afternoon so we could see it without asking for a showing - and this time we had sorted out a timeframe where we could be serious about a purchase and a move. Jack remembered us from before - we didnt yet have a buyers agent - and this was the property we wanted to acquire - so for us, it worked out really well for Jack to be our (buyer's) agent as well. This was a situation where it was a more-or-less clear-cut path from our standpoint, with just the timeframe to be worked out and funds that needed to be moved around - and because Jack knew the sellers situation and wishes along with our own, he knew exactly how to tailor the offer to make things work out well for both sides and also to cover the bases if any snags came up during the time between the offer and closing. He wrote our offer with a 60-day closing to get us closer to the end of our lease so there wouldn't be so much overlap for us carrying/covering both places - it was very nice to know that he knew what would work for the sellers and this allowed us to avoid the back and forth and counters that sometimes happen. He was with us the day of the inspection - gave us a couple more looks at the property while we were waiting out the timeframe for closing - even set up a meetup with the seller - again, uncommon for buyer and seller to meet but perfect for this certain situation with the extended timeframe for closing - and then was with us at the title company for signing which has never happened for us in the past ! - to actually have our agent with us at signing - it was really nice. This was such a different process compared to when weve purchased homes in the past - this was THE home for us so Jack never had to scour the MLS to find alternative properties to show us or negotiate back and forth with sellers - but we know for sure that he would have done whatever it took to find us the right place for ourselves if this one hadnt worked out. Fantastic communication - fast responses to emails or texts - sometimes if we texted hed call right away. He is professional and honest, energetic and fun to be around and it's so easy to talk with him. Everything fell into place working with Jack - and from the first time meeting him all the way through to closing and moving in, his excitement and happiness for us was so obvious and apparent - and it was really just the easiest and smoothest process - such a pleasure having Jack as our agent for this purchase !
