ZillowVERIFIED It's an understatement but Brendan did an excellent A+ job across the board as my realtor. I'm a first time home buyer and he couldn't have made the experience any easier and user friendly. He was always prompt, professional, hard working, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I looked at approximately 55 houses with him over four months in Harford and Baltimore Counties. Brendan knew about each of the neighborhoods and style of building for the homes we saw. I texted with him with questions at 7am and there was a time we were working on an offer letter til almost 10pm. He was always available and happy to assist with all questions. And if he didn't know the answer he would find out for me, for example was were there permits for this addtion. He was never pushy and I felt he always had my best interests. When we would look at homes Brendan was incredibly thorough and report back with how new/old the HVAC system was, hot water heater, roof and all the other big ticket items were. He was active the whole time, he pointed out the pros and cons of each home and asked for my input or things that I was curious about. And again if there was something he was unsure of he would find out for us a lot of times before we would leave the home! He would also mention the fair market value of the home and comparable homes in the area. Making sure we didn't overbid and got the most value for our money. He handled everything, from getting us to see the home, offer letter, inspections, title, settlement and everything in between. And to top it off he even has a box truck to use to move to the new house! Brendan went above and beyond, he even helped me shop around for a better rate on my mortgage and he found one! He is what all professionals should aspire to be and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. Thanks again for all your help Brendan!
