ZillowVERIFIED In October, 2015 Brenda Young became my real estate through Zillow, and right away she contacted me and she relentlessly helped my to find the perfect home. It was difficult because I live almost 2,000 miles away from my chosen area to purchase a home for my retirement. Also, I had a very limited budget, and could not go beyond it. But that did not deter Brenda, who was hopeful, and supportive. In December I took a quick flight and in 24 hours Brenda showed me 17 homes that met my limited and specific criteria. Over the months several houses were considered, and offers were made, inspections were done, and because this was a long-distance arrangement, Brenda coordinated all of the details. She made personal visits to many homes to gain a deeper understanding of properties that interested me. Deal after deal fell through, but Brenda did not give up on me. Happily, in June we closed on a home that surpassed my expectations and I could not be happier. During the week prior to the closing, Brenda helped me to set up the utilities, and she took me to lunch in the neighborhood of my house and introduced me to many people there. Purchasing a home can be stressful, especially if you live 2,000 miles away, but Brenda's knowledge of the area, and her positive and encouraging spirit, as well as being on top of the paperwork and coordinating all of the details made this acquisition a dream come true. Brenda helped me to to be able to come back to my roots, and have the opportunity to have a quality lifestyle in a beautiful community. She looked out for my best interest, and welfare, and showed a genuine desire to see my dreams fulfilled. This was not a high priced sale, and Brenda went above and beyond what anyone could expect to help me. I will never forget the major impact that Brenda Young has affected on my life, and I am very thankful and grateful for all that she has done on my behalf. She is truly a credit to the profession of real estate agent, and I would not hesitate to seek her assistance in the future.
