ZillowVERIFIEDBrenda did an outstanding job getting us our home. We got our home inspection done right away and were able to close on our new home within 3 weeks. She was knowledgeable and stern when she needed to be. Couldnt have asked for a better realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend working with Brenda Otero. Throughout our experience, communication was a major issue aEUR" she was consistently slow to respond, even to basic questions about the property and general real estate inquiries. This caused a lot of unnecessary delays and confusion. Additionally, the property description she created included several items that were never actually for sale. Some were later removed by the owner or outright refused, which felt misleading and unprofessional. When asked for clarification, Brenda often blamed her clients for being unavailable, even though we knew they were home aEUR" we live in the neighborhood. Overall, the process was frustrating and disappointing. A more responsive and detail-oriented agent would have made a world of difference.
I have never spoken nor ever worked with this person.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda is the best! She is professional as well as your everyday, down to earth person. My husband and I wanted to inquire about a new construction and Brendas profile was attractive. We called and she picked up immediately. She was pleasant, energetic, and knowledgeable of the location and area of interest. Brenda set up a meeting with the builders agent and we visited model homes that day. She was very instrumental in our process and always reachable by phone or text. We are now enjoying our new home and were blessed to have her along for the journey. We will definitely recommend her to anyone searching for their next home.

ZillowVERIFIED My Experience with Brenda Otero is that she very professional and worked very hard on my behalf to find right house. After looking at several houses in 2017, my decision was to go with New Construction. Brenda was always available to assist in my process and today Im proud owner of a home built to my specifications. Closing March 2018.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was an amazing realtor who my husband and I worked with for two years. She helped us relocate to Orange County when she set us up in our apartment. She then stayed in touch, helping us to look at the market for buying. Honestly, if Brenda hadn't encouraged us, we probably would have dragged our feet and missed out on our home. Brenda is always on your side; she is flexible with her schedule, she is honest, and she will go to bat for you. I always felt comfortable with Brenda and I never felt as though I was pushed into something I wasn't ready for. Although I am thrilled to be in my new home, I'm bummed that I can't work with Brenda more often. She is an absolute professional and a great asset to anyone looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was super helpful with helping me buy my first home. I am single with no one I know of who knew too much about anything. Thanks to Brenda I knew all the ins and outs of the process. She also went out of her way to know the most she could about me, that way she could weed out any of the houses that wouldn't fit my needs. I would and do recommend her to everyone. She is amazing!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was amazing! We were new to the state of NY, so we had little knowledge of the area. Brenda helped every step of the way with our decisions by going into all the details of each community we looked at to help us find what fit us best! After we made a decision Brenda walked us through every step and was available for us to call at anytime. We were first time home buyers, so the process was unfamiliar to us, but Brenda did an amazing job handling all the the questions we had and gave us pointers along all stages of our process. Couldn't have done it without her!
