ZillowVERIFIEDBrenda is a breath of fresh air. We needed someone who was caring, compassionate and knew our needs. My husband is a disabled vet and we needed to get back home so he could be closer to his family. Brenda worked harder than any other realtor I have met. She answered her phone every time I needed her or responded with a text assuring me she would call asap. She is a wonderful person and I can not thank her enough for getting us home.

ZillowVERIFIED Worked with Brenda and her group for several months while my old piece of work lender took their sweet time figuring out how to do a loan assumption for my home. She and her peers were persistent and diligent in ensuring we got to closing and I wouldnt have wanted any other people working on this effort. Truly thankful to have work d with the Noffert Group and would recommend them to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED An amazing group of people. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for The Noffert Group. My agent Brionne Kirk was beyond amazing. The sale of my home was not an easy task as it came with so many surprises but Brionne and the Team got me through to the end. All the while staying professional, courteous and just outright amazing. Brionne took the time to know my wants and needs in regard to looking for our next home and together we nailed it! When youre ready you wont be disappointed with The Noffert Group.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was absolutely outstanding in helping me to buy my home. I did not have a lot of expertise with home buying, and she facilitated that every step of the way, explaining the paperwork I was signing and every hurdle thrown in front of us. She negotiated on my behalf and we came out with what I believe was a fair result. I'm sitting in a fantastic home and can't express how critical Brenda was in the process. She is fantastic in every way. Texts, emails, phone calls, in person, she communicated with me in any manner I asked without any pushback at all. I felt comfortable in what is a truly stressful process solely because I knew the person representing me had my best interest in mind and would advocate for me the entire way.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. In the last month, both my son and I had the pleasure of having her help us buy houses. To say that she goes the extra mile for you is understatement. I?ve never had a better customer experience in any other dealing either in real estate or otherwise. Don?t call anyone else if you?re looking for a home!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Garrett was amazing. We purchased a house while living a thousand miles away and they still made the entire process much more easy and quicker then I ever expected it to be. They were super helpful and informative. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and Garrett was there to help for every step of the way. He made the process so much more smooth and helped us find the home to fit us. House is amazing and Noffert Group is phenomenal. If you need a house, they have got you covered. Garrett will take amazing care of you, even if you are half the country away.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda is so great at what she does. We have worked with her in the sale of our home which was very sentimental to me and she was so understanding. She helped us with purchasing our home and took care of all of our wants and needs. Recently Brenda has helped us with finding and sealing the deal on our new business property and we can not thank her enough. I would not hesitate to refer her she is great!!!!!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda Noffert has been AMAZING. There have been several hurtles to climb over both in selling my home and finding a new one. She is a QUICK thinker that really knows her stuff !!! I was amazed at what she accomplished when I thought all hope was lost. I would send anyone I knew to her for help with either buying or selling a home. I promise, you will not be disappointed !!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda worked with me very closely on the sale of my sisters house held in her trust. We began our experience in August 2010 when she agreed to a walk thru and gave me advice on what areas to focus on to get the house in saleable condition. She is very knowledgeable about what the market demand is and what to do for the least amount of money, what is a good investment as far as repairs or improvements and what will not get you much return for your investment. This was invaluable to me. We worked through the fall and winter of 2010 and were ready to put the house on the market the end of April 2011 when the market picked back up again. When we finally made it to closing, she even picked me up to take me there so everything could be done at once. She kept me informed every step of the way, consulted with me and gave advice when asked about the different areas of negotiation which I really appreciated. I would use her again and again if I had more property to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda Noffert is very energentic and positive. It really was a joy working with her. She went out of her way to help us with our house. She gave excellent advice and was very honest with us. Our house was on the market for a very long time before we signed with Brenda and shortly after signing with Brenda we decided to rent the house out. I know that if we had given Brenda a more reasonable amount of time to sell out house she would have found a buyer. Once again, Brenda is excellent and I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda did an excellent job in searching out homes in our price range. Each property she showed us would have been a house we would have purchased. The paper work before close had minor issues and Brenda did a fantastic job of getting things worked out and taken care of.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was always on the ball. She returned every phone call with great efficiency. She advocated for us through piles of governmental red tape and bureaucracy. She was always very friendly, honest and super helpful. We are super glad that she was our real estate representative and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
