I've been in my real estate career for over 27 years. I am the Broker/Owner of Ridgeline Realty. Prior to real estate I worked in the financial field and attended college at the University of Anchorage for my finance degree. I was married to military for twenty years and have traveled all over the world. My favorite place was Alaska. I have two awesome children, David, 39 years old, a graduate of the University of Utah, and is currently a Nurse Anesthetist in Flagstaff, AZ. He is also the proud dad of our Grandsons Arlo & Grant. My daughter Lisa, 34, lives in Ogden UT and is the proud mama of our Granddaughter Arya I have been very successful in my real estate career with over 15 million in sales in 2024. In such a thriving industry as real estate, I know that it is important to have a business plan in place and offer a level of service far greater than that of my competition. I care about my clients. I listen to their needs and do whatever it takes to help them reach their objective. I am very serious about my responsibility to my clients in dealing with one of their most important assets. One thing you can count on is that I will always tell you the truth about the market and your house whether it is what you want to hear or not. You must know the truth to make a good decision. The aspect that I enjoy most about real estate is helping my clients to reach their goals and fulfill their dreams. I will work long hours for you on a more than full-time basis I love working with buyers and sellers, they are the most important aspect of my business. Many of my customers come back again and again and refer family and friends because of my knowledge and friendly approach.
