ZillowVERIFIED We cant say enough good things about Brenda. The local Frederick Maryland market is more than hot it is on Fire. Multiple bids way over asking, bids needed in less than 3 days, and all this working with us as buyers living out of state. Brenda keep us completely involved in the search and understood our desires in the new home. We loved a home in Brunswick MD and we were one of 7 bids, unfortunately our bid wasnt accepted. While working with another client Brenda knew the home they wanted to sell was very similar to the home we missed out in. She notified us immediately, did a virtual tour for us and we made a successful bid. A special note, we were in a time zone 6 hours behind Brenda, but she found a way to work with the lender to get approval and the sellers to make the sell. We love Brenda and we dont use that phrase often. She is diligent and looks out for her clients. She was a one stop shop helping us with a local lender, insurance, and a title company, while guiding us through local utility connections. Last word is she is great.

We wanted that perfect house as it was going to be our last house to live the rest of our lives. We started looking through neighborhoods and For Sale signs, but that soon got tedious. We decided to go on Zillow and check out some houses, saw a lot of them with potential, but still didn't feel as if we were experts on what it takes to actually see the houses we liked, the negotiation skills it takes to bargain with the sellers, the whole process seemed difficult. That is why when I contacted Zillow about how to get to see the house I really like, they put us in contact with Brenda Myers, and we are glad they did. She responded immediately with what we were really looking for in a house, the close proximity to our jobs, privacy concerns, neighborhood specs, etc. She tool our information down and started sending us listings that met our desires. She also walked us through through the preparation process from finding out how to break our lease in the apartment we were living, to getting a pre-approval from a mortgage company. It was obvious that we found a gem in Brenda. A true professional. We felt confident that we were in good hands. Long story short, we found our dream home, and closed on it just last Monday. We are happy home owners. Brenda made it so easy on making an ardous task into comfortable and easy one. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking on buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We went with Brenda twice (purchased our first home with her and then sold and bought another two years later). Both settlements had unique issues that Brenda helped us navigate masterfully. The sale of our first home was to a realtor who was very familiar with the process. Brenda helped negotiate in a way that was fair to both sides and helped us keep our cool when unforeseen issues popped up. The second home we purchased contained tenants that refused to leave for the first year of purchase. Unfortunately our lender could not give us a loan because of the inproper installation of a kitchenette on the second floor. Instead of the deal falling through, Brenda helped coordinate tirelessly with a seller's agent, who was difficult to get a hold of, to make the sale happen regardless. A resolution was made just in time to meet our deadline for settlement on our previous house. Not only was Brenda constantly attentive and accessible to answer all our questions she fought hard to make sure that we would find the home that we wanted and get the best deal possible. Even after a year being in the home, Brenda still keeps in touch and takes a genuine interest in our family. Brenda is an agent you want in your corner.
