ZillowVERIFIEDThere are many realtors in this city, but none can compare to Mrs. Brenda. The process couldnt have been any smoother. I really didnt have to do anything. She took care of the whole process and guided me where I needed help. She treated the process as if she was buying the house. She helped me with every step from insurance, loan, inspections, etc. If something didnt seem right, she made a call and got it corrected. I thought it would be a long drawn out process, but she made it happen quick. Of course, they have to get paid, but she made sure it wasnt just for the money. The old house I stayed in had a house across the street from me for sale. Those people moved in before I could move out. So, that shows she makes the process move along quickly. They purchased after me. The only drawbacks from my process was ME. If I had done things the way I should have, it would have went a lot faster.
