About Brenda Losh

I have been selling homes in Concordia and the surrounding area since Jan 1990. I started Coldwell Banker Kaleidoscope Realty in 1993. I think my biggest accomplishment is being able to help 5 generations of one family buy and seller their home. Selling a house to someone is nice but having them referrer their family to you is " a true honor".

Brenda has an excellent working knowledge of realestate and the many complexities that not only can but actually do cause failures that force prospective buyers to just walk away from a home purchase they want and can make work. Wow! What to say about Brenda! Very personable, professional and experienced with the market. She was very patient with me, as I will admit, I can be a handful. She found us a home we really love, after explaining to her what we wanted. The process of the mortgage had some difficulties as we were looking and buying during the COVID 19 Pandemic, she was very responsive, excellent communication and care for our safety. As well as being a wonderful real estate professional, my wife, who is special needs, lost her father to illness during our process and Brenda formed a special bond with her and that helped my wife cope with her loss. All in all, as well as handling our purchase and our professional relationship, we consider her a very loved friend. You cannot go wrong dealing with Brenda!
