ZillowVERIFIEDBrenda went above and beyond to assist me with selling my home and purchasing another. Her extensive experience as an agent in Cecil County made the daunting task of selling a 200 year old Victorian home seamless. Not only did my house sell within 7 days but, with Brenda's guidance, I was able to find, put an offer in and close on a house in the Rising Sun School district within less than 2 months. Brenda truly cared! She had mine and my children's best interest at heart, making certain that I found a home that fit my budget, was safe, structurally sound and in a great neighborhood. Brenda was attentive and answered ALL my phone calls and text messages in less than an hour, regardless of what time a day they were sent. Brenda was involved in all aspects of closing and made the paperwork process, for both houses, as easy and stress free as possible. I highly recommend Brenda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Cecil County.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda helped to show us numerous houses until we found a house we wanted to call home. She was always available to answer questions by phone and email which made us very confident that she was there to help us through this process. We asked her numerous times to show us houses during different times and days. She was always willing to do so. Brenda is very knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic. She really wants to help you find your new home, and it shows. We are very happy with our new home and its location. She deserves a lot of credit for assisting us in finding and choosing our new home. For that we are very grateful. We highly recommend Brenda Jolly and expect you will feel the same about her and the services she provides as we do.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was extremely helpful and personable through the entire home buying process and beyond! As first-time home buyers, we came with a slew of questions and no idea what to expect. She treated us with patience and respect, taking the time to explain each step and answer our questions. I walked away feeling pretty knowledgeable of the home buying process and actually enjoyed the experience. Brenda has always been quick to respond to our calls and emails, which was a breath of fresh air after some other realtors we worked. We were even on the phone with her Christmas Eve to discuss a counteroffer on the house we now happily call home. Months later, she continues to check in on us and provides spot-on recommendations for contractors and local restaurants alike. I cannot recommend Brenda highly enough to give her the praise that she deserves.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was great to work with throughout the entire home buying process. I am a first time home buyer and had little information about all of the necessary steps and actions that are the buyers responsibility. She provided honest and thorough information regarding the process which helped me feel comfortable from the initial offer to closing. She was punctual and timely with the showing and responses to questions. Brenda also recommended a lender that was thorough and great to work with. I would recommend Brenda to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Thanks Brenda!

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was my saving grace in more ways than one. She knew what we were looking for, and guided us appropriately; even when we were getting desperate. She helped us to keep focus and wouldn't let us just "settle" on any house for the sake of getting one. She kept our interests and concerns her interests and concerns throughout the entire process. Her dedication and follow-through would be hard to compare to any other realtor we had worked with! We DEFINITELY recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been house hunting for over two years and spent time seeing/researching many properties. Finally, we found a house we liked very much and signed a contract with our previous realtor, Shirley. Suddenly, Shirley had to leave for personal reasons and she introduced us to Brenda Jolly. We were not thrilled to lose our realtor at the end of our process, but we were pleasantly surprised to see how Brenda got this rolling. She is thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. She accommodated all of our requests from home inspection to final closing and she worked on her clients behalf to get all the issues resolved prior to closing. We are very thankful to Shirley for introducing us to Brendas very capable hands! We will certainly use Brenda again and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was more than knowledgeable and helpful when we were trying to buy a home in her area. Living out of state and trying to buy is very difficult, but Brenda worked tirelessly to help find us the right property. And the fact that she is an equestrian was a big plus because she understood what we needed in a farm. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again, either to buy or sell. I am very confident in her real estate expertise!
