ZillowVERIFIEDMs Brenda was resourceful, dedicated and determined to meet my expectations. She worked with my through locating, arranging financing, purchase and will be the first person i seek counsel from if i am in the market for a second michigan home. I recommend her to family and friends alike
ZillowVERIFIEDI would not recommend her if youre a first time home buyer. She was extremely pushy and made us overlook what to her was small things. She got us into a mess of a home and she makes sure she recommends her inspection so that it goes through. After the sale is done, you dont hear from her at all. Said she had a gift and never seen anything from her. Again, if youre a first time buyer, please do a full research on the agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe loved working with Brenda. We both bought and sold our home at the same time. She was always accessible, worked very hard, but always calm and confident at every stage. Extremely knowledgeable and provided sound advice when asked. We felt like Brenda was working on our behalf. Brenda is a genuinely personable agent and straight talker. Our experience was fantastic and would recommend Brenda to virtually anyone. Thank you for such a great experience. The Hines'

ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Brenda on pure luck of her being a listing agent on a house we wanted to see. From the moment we met, we knew she was the realtor for us! Brenda is nothing less than amazing and has always been honest and professional. She always listened to what we wanted and found really great matches (Even for picky home buyers like us). I will not ever purchase a home without Brenda being my realtor, nor would i want anyone else listing my home for sale, when the time comes. I know she has all of her clients best interest at heart but she has a special place in mine for taking such good care of us and finding our first home
ZillowVERIFIEDFriendly, professional, and prompt! Brenda went above and beyond on many levelsaEUR"with marketing our old home for sale, as well as negotiations with the purchase of our new home. Electronic documents were made simple and convenient. She made herself available at odd hours, accommodating our schedules. I would highly recommend her on both sides of your real estate transaction!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were just out looking for a new house. We called the agent listed on the website to ask questions about this particular property. The agent's name was Brenda. When she met us at the property, she was so happy and excited, mind you we had never met her before. She showed us the property and gave us some solid, honest advice. At the time, we did not have a realtor. In that moment we realized that Brenda LOVES what she does! I asked if she could be our agent. She was kind, and always happy and very informative. We ended up with a new construction and Brenda walked us through the process all the way through the closing! My husband and I absolutely LOVE her!!!

ZillowVERIFIEDBrenda didn't know the City of Allen Park when we first contacted her. But after my husband and I had her pull up a lot of houses here. She came very familiar with the area very fast. Even with some of the houses she showed us were a joke, she always had something funny to say to us. If she wasn't keeping us in stitches, we were her. I felt very bad that she had to put up with the things we asked of her, but she always came thru for us. We always came back to the first house she showed us. Brenda is very helpful and will do anything for a client. She will be the first I call if I ever sell or buy another house.
ZillowVERIFIEDBrenda was a delight to work with from start to finish. She was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect starter house for my family. Once we found our new home she was excellent at negotiating with the seller to get us the best deal possible. Even though purchasing our first home was stressful, Brenda was always there to hear our concerns and resolve them immediately. I would even call her super realtor when I would talk to her. I would recommend anyone looking for their new home call Brenda Goerke.
ZillowVERIFIEDBrenda did a fantastic job selling our home in Dearborn. She's knowledgeable, responsive and was dedicated to getting our home sold at the right price.
