My years as a retail general manager sharpened my leadership and communication skills, while personal experiences of spending countless days in hospitals supporting my son through his battle with heart disease taught me resilience, empathy, and the power of persistence. These life lessons have strengthened my ability to negotiate fiercely yet compassionately on behalf of my clients.
