The main attribute I can give Brenda is she was not pushy. I always felt she had my best interest in mind over the sale. There were times when we both thought the deal would fall through. She supported me even though she may have lost the commission. Here is the icing on the cake: After the sale she recommended I apply for a tax appeal. I probably would not have done that if she did not recommend it. Not only did I apply, Brenda showed up at the hearing with me. I was able to reduce my tax assessment by 21%!!!I would highly recommend Brenda only for her expertise and knowledge of real estate, but for her integrity and concern for doing the best for her clients.
