ZillowVERIFIED We used Brenda Bianchi, and team with Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty to purchase our Largo investment. Then Brendas company Bianchi Realty & Property Management found us a great tenant and managed the property until the market increased so much in value and we hired her again to sell that investment at a great price. ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our Largo, FL home with Brenda Bianchi. We received superb service. We used her before and used her again because of our trust in her and her team. Our children have used her services as well. She gives honest advice & appraisals of property. There were complications with this sale and she was my advocate and ally in all areas. She was fair and represented me in all matters. I recommend her above all other realtors. We have bought and sold houses all over the US and she is one of the best realtors we have worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED My realtor was awesome. But did not like the surprise of extra money at closing and being told a few days before of the extra fee. When I signed document earlier of the extra realtors fee you dont remember. You should be reminded from time to time. Not a surprise at closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda's team managed my rental property for a little over a year before I decided to sell it. The process of selling a rental property during the pandemic was challenging, but her team assisted with the required actions to make this a quick and seamless transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED We weighed our options for a property manager in the Pinellas County area when we recently purchased our first investment property. We settled on Bianchi because to us they stood out in a number of areas. SERVICE - they were and to this minute, very available to me for any questions. RESULTS - they rented our house in two weeks for exactly the price we requested. COMMUNICATION - I never have to wonder about the status of our tenant, the house, or any situations. They have an awesome app profile as well. Easy call guys, we are very happy!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Robby King and the rest of the Brenda Bianchi Team was truly a pleasure. Even in an unprecedented seller's market, Robby was able to find us the perfect home within our price range...and we had a lot of fun in the process! Robby made himself available to us at any time and answered all of our questions calmly and thoughtfully, going the extra mile to make sure we closed on time. Brenda has built a brilliant company and I would recommend her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Suncoast area!

ZillowVERIFIED I called the company to request someone who would assist me in selling my condo. I am Canadian and of course my condo is in Florida. I asked for someone patient as I was completely ignorant of the process. Brenda herself took care of me - always patient and helpful. She explained exactly what was happening every step of the process and we ended up with a successful sale in a very short time. I was very impressed with her professional manner.

ZillowVERIFIED Liking at a possible relocation to St. Petersburg from Southern California, Kathy McCabe contacted us after I requested information. She turned out to be a true friend from afar, steering and guiding us carefully and knowledgeably to avoid the many wrong footings an outsider might not see. Her help and expertise in working to secure the house of our dreams could not have been greater, and continues to this day. We now are looking into the possibility of a further real estate transaction in the areaaEUR"even before we have closed in the purchase of our new primary residenceaEUR"which speaks volumes to the confidence and fine relationship she surely engenders in all fortunate enough to find and work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I purchased a condo while we vacationed in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida in April 2016. We contacted Dan prior to our vacation to obtain basic info and arranged a time to see the condo with Dan. We met Dan and did a "walk thru". We made an "offer" which was accepted but only with Dan's excellent negotiating skills. Where Dan really displayed his professionalism was when we had to gather all the "financial" data that mortgage cos require. We had a computer but no printer but Dan stepped up and did everything we asked and more to facilitate info to the mort company, which most realtors would not have done. He also provided us access to title insurance cos, home insurance cos and home inspectors who were very professional and conducted themselves with a high degree of integrity. He even made it possible for us as "prospective" condo owners to attend the annual condo association meeting to met the other owners, which subsequently, made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Our vacation in Florida was just over three (3) weeks, so we had to do a long distance "close" on our property while back home in Pennsylvania. Again, Dan stepped up to arrange a "traveling" notary. We met Dan and saw the condo on April 2nd, and closed on May 4th, 2016. The purchase of our IRB condo was a lot easier than when we purchased our last home in Pa and this was entirely attributable to Dan. We highly recommend Dan to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time I have dealt with Brenda and her crew, once as a purchaser and once as a seller. I have been and continue to be impressed with the degree of integrity, knowledge and "keeping the client involved and informed" that has been my experience with Brenda and all her folks at her agency. She is an effective as a buyer's agent, sellers listing agent and seller. In what best could be described as a 'ho-hum' market she recently sold my property at top price in less than 45 days and made the closing experience smooth and hassle free! I strongly recommend Brenda as your agent whether buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda knew exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. We were targeting a 1031 Exchange rental on the beach. She gave us a portal nearly 6 months in advance to start identifying properties when we were ready. We only had 5 days to find something. In that short period, she had to ensure that we got into properties, but most importantly our top choice. She went out of her way to ensure that we got the key to that unit, which ended up being the unit we purchased. She even took the time to share information with my parents who came along for the ride. The experience was fantastic! Highly recommended, and would use again on our next Florida property.

ZillowVERIFIED First of all a note: I live abroad. No not Canada, in South America, Uruguay. I only visit the U.S. once or twice a year. Needless to say I need a Real Estate Agent who understands and handles my Real Estate investment needs with little or no intervention on my side. That is Brenda Bianchi. I selected Brenda Bianchi and her team after personally interviewing four or five agencies back in December 2013, and so far have been very happy with my decision. Brenda suggested condo's in my price range, and secured and handled suitable tenants flawlessly. When I saw something I liked, and she didn't, I always respected and followed her advice.

They advised us with honesty and integrity so that we could make a proper financial decision with reagard to those properties. Brenda and Team's knowledge of the market has assisted us to or not buy or sell properties when the time is right and if the property needs more work to renovate than is worthwhile to do so financially.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda's team worked with us several years ago. She had a property for us to look at based on some online house searches we had made. My wife and I flew down from Newport Rhode Island and met Brenda at the house location. When we drove up to the house, she was shaking her head in the "No" direction. Our hearts sank. It was not what we had expected. But Brenda came up with a plan. She volunteered to drive us around (in her car) to look at other possibilities that we had also found online. After 2 days of driving and looking, and with Brenda's knowledge ot he real estate market and houses in general, we found just what we were looking for!! Now that is dedication. She did well representing us through the remainder of the process and we have had the house happily since then. I would recommend her and her team in a heartbeat.
