ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Beumer is very professional. She was always available and returned calls promptly. She is very knowledgeable and made good use of our time when reviewing homes. She continued to work with us to help make the purchase as smooth as possible and that we were satisfied with our purchase. We had to contact on two separate occasions after moving into the home. She promptly and cheerfully assisted us in the areas we needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda was fantastic to work with thru the process. She was always very responsive to us, the sellers and was always willing to show the property or schedule a showing. Once the potential buyers left she always gave us great feedback. We have another house to sell this fall and Brenda will be our agent! We would highly recommend her as a listing agent. She also helped us find and purchase the land we are about to build on when other agents didn't return our calls we found Brenda. She's great to work with if you're looking for property or a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Brenda recently helped me purchase a property that was in an estate and one of the principals was unresponsive to selling. Several other people had tried to buy this over a five year period. I had tried to buy the property myself with no success. The market knowledge, negotiating skills, patience ,and tenacity required to accomplish this are just outstanding. Others had tried and failed.A very time consuming endeavor and I was kept informed of the progress. If I ever decide to sell this property Brenda will be the agent. Enough said.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Brenda long distance on property searches. She kept me informed and she was my "eyes" when I couldn't actually be there. It took a year to find the right place. She was very patient and helpful all around. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I are from Ohio and we were looking for a home in the Perdido Key, Florida area.We found one listed we liked and contacted Brenda Beumer for help. We drove down to Florida to look at the property. On the drive down Brenda called us to tell us the unit had sold for the full asking price. She then said she would contact other owners in the same building to see if they might be interested in selling. She found one owner who was and we made an offer and they accepted it. WOW! Brenda did not have to do this - she went the extra mile for us. Being new to the area she advised us on home insurance companies, home inspectors, and even measured the beds for my wife so she could buy the right sheet sizes (king, queen....)!!! She helped us - step by step - through the financing coordination with our bank - this really was a blessing for us. Always with a smile on her face and ready to help when she can. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy real estate here. I think we just got lucky when our paths crossed!

ZillowVERIFIED I have used the real estate services of Brenda and her company, Key Concepts, to both buy and sell real estate in the Pensacola (Perdido Key) area. She knows the county real estate situation from A to Z and can maneuver the system to assure an efficient transaction. This includes both simple and complex transactions, such as 1031 exchanges. I would never buy or sell without her handling the transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first contacted Brenda I left a message about one of her listings and she immediately called me back. It wasn't what we were looking for, but she started researching and investigating what we did need. She was extremely helpful and always very responsive to calls and emails. She assisted us greatly in the negotiation process and once the agreement was signed. She continued to help us thru the closing steps and when we thought we weren't going to be able to close she assisted with that negotiation as well.We will have Brenda list our homes when we sell to build on the land she helped us purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Having recently sold our home of twenty plus years, My wife and I relocated to Florida. We were interested in acquiring a condominium in the Florida panhandle. somewhere between Perdido Key and Sand Destin. Wanting to reacquaint ourselves with the area before purchasing we leased a condominium in Fort Walton Beach. We began our search via internet and soon located several likely candidates in Perdido Key. On at least three occasions Brenda was able to accommodate our time constraints and make arrangements for us to view units on very short notice. On all occasions she was waiting for us to prior to the appointed time, was always friendly and knowledgeable of the property being shown. We would highly recommend Brenda to anyone in search of a real estate representative.Steve and Gayle
