I have lived in Florida my whole life. You could say I'm a small-town girl who set her roots right here where she was born and raised. I completed my AA at Santa Fe College in Gainesville. I married my high school sweetheart, and we now have two beautiful children. I am blessed to be able to call Levy County my home. My intimate knowledge of this region gives me a desire and enthusiasm to help you find your dream home/land. She was amazing. we where determined to find a home before we had our new baby. even though we didnt have much time. she worked so hard to make it happen. she sent us new listing eveyday. and made time for showings almost soon as we asked to see. she even went and did a Video Tour of a home when we where out of town. and no matter how big or little any of our Questions were she was always quick to answer and explain anything throughout the process of getting our 1st home. we couldnt be happier with our home. and we couldnt have had a batter Realtor we love you bren shultz

Our home was sold by Bren Shultz of Hatcher Realty, Inc. Selling your home can be scary especially when doing so out of state. There are so many details to work through and so many decisions to make. Bren was so knowledgeable in this process, she is compassionate, kind and understanding; qualities that are not always easy to find in today?s world much less in real estate. Bren was by far the most diligent, helpful, and committed realtor that we have had the pleasure to work with! We were searching for months from out of state before we got lucky and came across one of her listings. Been busy getting my new home situated so this review is a little late. Ive purchased and sold several homes in my life, and no one has made the process easier than Bren Shultz. There are a lot of qualities in an agent you need to look for when buying or selling a home and Bren checks ALL of the boxes. Her knowledge of the area and the market is remarkable. I met her when looking at a listing online that had significantly dropped in price (not the home I ended up buying) and she was able to find out all of the details as to why this listing dropped so much. This helped us make the decision not to pursue this listing. In looking at other houses, she was extremely accommodating and was able to show us the house, or schedule the appointments. Once we found the perfect home for us, she was able to guide us through the negotiation process, so that we didnt overpay, but made an offer that was attractive to the sellers (we REALLY WANTED this house). She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and kept us updated on everything that was going on. There were some special consideration with this particular purchase, and she made sure everyone was on the same page and in agreement. Keep in mind, this process started right when the Covid Pandemic started...she never missed a beat. I hope I never have to sell or buy another house, but if I do, my first call w ill be to Bren Shultz. Do yourself a favor, give her a call. It will be the best decision you make, next to choosing the home of your dreams. #Truth
