ZillowVERIFIEDHands down the best realtor in the state of Colorado, super knowledgeable, super responsive and she makes sure her clients get what they are looking for. She was able to help us find our home and close in 21 days. Our home is everything we wanted and looked for in a home. She also made sure our paper work was squared away and nothing was disorganized.
ZillowVERIFIEDBree was amazing to work with! I loved her personality and she was super professional, responsive, and made the home buying process amazing for me as a first time home buyer. I am really grateful I was able to get connected with her after the original real estate professional I worked with did not service the area I was trying to move to. There was definitely a lot to process but she walked me through the contracts, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and the miracle of it all was finding a home here in Colorado. I moved from Golden to Pueblo and really did not want to leave this state. It was an impossible dream that she helped make possible with an amazing first time home. It's perfect for me and my husband and our animal family. It all worked out the way it needed to be. Thank you Bree!

ZillowVERIFIEDBuying a house is a crazy thing, especially if you arent already familiar with the industry. There are times where you might not know what to do next or whats going on with so many different roles involved in the process and that can lead to stress, but buying a home shouldnt be stressful, it should be exciting. This is where Bree thrives, here we have a professional woman who not only knows what shes doing, but really cares about her clients shes doing it for. Moments after meeting Bree for the first time its obvious that shes not an average realtor who needs to get a house bought for the next check, shes someone who truly cares about her profession and shows it by going the extra mile (or ten) for her clients. She knows what the heck shes doing, and she instills confidence in her clients by dedicating time and energy ANY day of the week to take all of your concerns and run them to ground. This is especially impactful when you are working with a builder who is particularly difficult to get a hold of, Bree made it seamless and low stress the entire way. The entire experience was 10/10, holy smokes were we lucky to have crossed paths with Bree! For any friends and associates of mine who will be buying a home in the future, I will be sending them Brees way. There is not a better option for someone to represent you, advocate for you, and support you through your journey of building your future than Bree Williams. Thanks for everything, we truly mean it.
