It started from the very beginning, where he was going through a checklist and helping us figure out what it was we wanted most in a home. When we got that narrowed down and we started to attend showings, Breckin had all the answers to our questions and if he couldnt answer he knew exactly who to call to get that answer. And let me tell you we had lots of questions, as did my parents, and Breckin was always so friendly and sweet every time. Then once we finally decided on a house, Breckin got everything lined up and squared away and was very informative about the next steps in the process. Breckin never once made me feel pressured to complete anything quickly or make any decisions. He was always a quick text or phone call away and I truly could not have had a better experience using Breckin as our realtor.
