We found Brea Laurene when we noticed online that she sold a home in a neighborhood similar to ours, and nearby ours, for a high price. We reached out to her and she came to our home and brought a 50+ page report of home sales and local market conditions. She spent quite a bit of time learning about the home and our situation. We were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge, and signed with her. Over the next 6 months, she helped us with preparations for sale. We had lived in the house for over 20 years and it was somewhat of an ordeal clearing and prepping the house, and Brea guided us through smoothly. She commissioned an outstanding video of the entire property (2+ acres with pond, pool, barn and 3800 sf estate home). which showed beautifully. The house sold the first weekend it was on the market and over asking price!
