We Have Used Braxton on Several Deals. He has local knowledge of the market that helps us sell houses for top dollar and fast. He has the negotiation skills at not only selling a home at the best possible price but can get you the best deal if you are a buyer. He is there from the very first step until the end and can get you the answers to the questions you might have. I would highly recommend and will continue to use.

Brax was amazing! He helped me so much in a very hard time. He made the process simple and enjoyable. He was very clear with everything he did and he was always available for any questions that came up. We listed the house and sold it within a month. All in all, I could not have been happier with the service that Brax provided.

We had fun working with Braxton - our listing went through several offers, and each one brought different challenges. No two buyers are the same, and Braxton helped us parse out the subtleties in each instance. This is our first (and last!) time to sell a home, one that we owned for an extended length of time. So, we were inexperienced in the whole realm of selling, and frankly, this would have kicked our backside, without working with someone that knew the ropes. So Many Variables go into the mix. We were glad to have Braxton answer our questions, and help us keep our eye on the prize.

Highly skilled and very professional! He had my condo sold in one day with a cash offer! The process was very simple and Braxton kept me informed on where we was in the process on a daily basis! I was very happy my mother who is deceased now, kept his information so I would be able to reach out to him and have him take care of the sale of her condominium. Braxton was very honest and answered all of my questions that came to mind on the condo conditions and took very good photos of the interior and exterior. Thanks for all you did!
