Review Can I give more than five stars? Brant was simply exemplary in taking care of us. He was patient, helpful, and honest. We looked for more than six months, toured at least a dozen different condos, from hi-rises to small-unit buildings. Brant made appointments, was forthcoming with pros and cons of each unit, and was very understanding and supportive when we backed out of one offer after inspection. Brant was very responsive to emails and texts. He picked us up and drove us to closing, literally saving us hours on public transit. He came to closing with us and saw the entire transaction through to its end. He even gave us a closing gift. We didn't just find a great realtor in Brant, we found a new friend.

Review When I started looking for a home to buy in July, Brant asked me what was my timeline in buying a home. I said ideally before the end of this year. I closed on my new home a few weeks ago. Brant's help and knowledge was priceless. He kept in constant contact with me about updates on the homes I was looking at, and on the home I finally decided to purchase. Such a great professional and just overall a lovely human being. Review We used Brant for our first purchase of a single family home. We hadn't met him before and were a bit anxious about using an agent directly from Zillow and someone we hadn't gotten a referral for. We very quickly got to know Brant and recognize that this was a person who was going to really take care of us from start to finish...and beyond. We had a lot of complicated issues with our loan process, but Brant brought in his best team and they were able to not only simplify everything for us, but also spend their own time going over everything carefully (and on some late nights) to help us understand the process completely. If we needed something from Brant or any of his team and they weren't immediately available by phone, I swear we would hear back from them in less than 5 minutes. It was remarkable and such a relief for a young couple navigating the process for the first time. Don't hesitate to use Brant because he's truly going to go above and beyond for you. Review Brant is a great personal realtor that wants to get you in the property that fits you best! Many other realtors and listing agents we met along the way in this process seemed very judgmental and only willing to help if you fit into their typical cliental demographic BUT NOT BRANT! Brant went above and beyond going to the property multiple times to check on things that were of a concern to us and even checking many things we didn't even ask him to which ended up being a big help in the negotiation process! Review I was connected with Brant via Zillow when I saw the listing of THE condo I wished to purchase. Brant reached out to me within in a day so that we could meet, discuss what I was looking for, and to plan a viewing of the condo. Unfortunately the listing was put on hold the same week. Brant still encouraged me to look at other listings, and we met that weekend to view some condos. He stressed the importance of seeing several properties to get a better idea of my 'must haves'. This would be my first home purchase, and I wasn't looking to settle on a place that wasn't 'just right'. Brant always made time to see whatever listings I was interested in and was always on time for viewings (which is good as I'm always early). His recommendations for a mortgage broker and a lawyer were solid, as I had a good experience with both. I could tell he is able to build great rapport with other real-estate agents and is respected in the Chicago market.When it came to putting in my first offer, Brant talked me through the process and advised me what would be an appropriate offer for the neighborhood and the market. Unfortunately my first offer, which was a solid offer, was denied. FORTUNATELY the condo that I had loved at the beginning of this journey come back on the market! We went to the open house on a Saturday and my offer was accepted by the next evening! I honestly think Brant's advice through the offer process helped me secure the home. The inspection, appraisal, and closing process all went smoothly. I would recommend Brant to others searching for their 'perfect home'! A bonus: The man has excellent taste in music!

He figuratively held my hand throughout the entire process (and I needed a lot of handholding!) and clearly explained where we were with the process and next steps. To say that Brant communicates well and is very responsive is probably an understatement. Even during a lull, he still consistently reached out to check in. He is also a skilled negotiator - he got me a great deal on my condo. One of Brant's best qualities is that genuinely wants his client to be happy.
