I wanted to use my VA loan and Brant warned me that sellers might not choose a VA loan offering (we closed with VA loan in the end). Honest and keep the customers greatest advantage in mind. We visited a house and made an offering, but we found out that there were more troubles in the house that expected. Brant didnt push the deal, instead he recommended that we give up and hunt for a better one. Quick responding, I can always expect a question answered thru message or email, even at night or weekend. And I can usually schedule to visit properties with the time slot I prefer. Overall a good listener that always keep my need and requirements in mind. Highly recommended.
