He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Living 350 miles away added another complexity to the transaction but Brannon made sure the process was seamless. Anytime there was an escrow question, he would contact the escrow company and get me an answer right away. Brannon even contacted the HOA to help answer questions that arose.
