She gave me many options, all tailored to the list of preferences I gave her: just out of the metro, in a good school district, with a sizeable backyard for my kids and space for us to grow. We visited many of those and when the time to buy came she took care of the negotiation and so many of the myriad of things needed to be done at the time: inspections, requisites for the type of loan we had, contacting different lenders to have options and be able to choose, preparation for the appraisal... so many different details and major things they're impossible to name; just as impossible as it would have been for me and my family to get such a house by ourselves. I have nothing but good things to say and a thankful hearth for Brandy, she went above and beyond for us; we got a very significant present too, one that will be with us for ever! If we ever sell the house, no doubt she will be the one in charge!

ZillowVERIFIED Brandy was awesome to work with. We lived out of state, and due to work, we could only come into town on the weekends. Brandy would show us houses all day to make sure we got the most out of the day. Whenever there was a question about a property, Brandy was on the phone or talking to neighbors immediately to get an answer. When we did find a house, she coordinated all the paperwork, closing dates, inspections, etc., and even met the inspector(s) at the house for us so that we didn't have to travel back to IA before closing. We also have two little kids (3 yr & 4 month) who we had to bring with us. Brandy was so good with them. Our 3 year old daughter loved her and always asked when we could "go back and see Brandy" :-). And Brandy was always so kind to take a break so we could feed/change our 4 month old (who also loved her). Brandy even brought them (and us) gifts at closing to make them feel special.
