ZillowVERIFIED Brandy is an amazing realtor. I cannot say how grateful I was to have the opportunity to be represented by her. Her communication, execution, and advice were second to none and its not very often you come across someone who is truly that much better than everyone else in their industry but I feel like she is.

ZillowVERIFIED Brandy was excellent, she answered all my questions and concerns immediately after asking. Brandy also handled all the transaction with the sellers agent in Germany and the buyer on a cruise in the Artic. Was not a easy task But Brandy did not miss a beat.

ZillowVERIFIED Brandy was great to work with! She walked with us through several houses and never pressured or made us feel rushed. Brandy truly wanted the best for us and we found our perfect house! She quickly answered our questions and gave us clear steps to follow so that the process was as smooth as possible. We will recommend her to all of our family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Brandy was so amazing to work with! I'm lucky we found her to help us sell our 5 acres. She was upfront and straightforward with us (in a nice way!). Land takes longer to sell than a house and even though it took about 6 months, that's shorter than we expected especially since other properties weren't selling. I appreciated Brandy being in constant contact with us and keeping us up to date on stuff she didn't necessarily need to but it meant a lot to me. Selling our land was not what we wanted to do and she understood that along with the emotions of selling it. Brandy, thank you so much for working with us and for EVERYTHING you did for us! I can't wait to work with you again!

ZillowVERIFIED Brandy is exceptional!! She was so patient in trying to find us the perfect home. The housing market was against us . Brandy continued to work diligently for us with little reward. I can say she is more than a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We decided to buy a house during a competitive market and Christmas! Brandy went above and beyond for us!!! Even during the holidays she was working hard. We actually had our offer sent and accepted on New Years Eve. She literally puts her clients as a priority. So thankful Brandy was able to help guide us through this insanely stressful home buying process!!! Also shes sooo thoughtful!!! Our house warming gift was a custom watercolor print of or new house.

ZillowVERIFIED Brandy is very patient, which is very important to me because I am so picky, especially when it comes to great details. I would recommend her for not only her ability to stay focused on her clients, and her patience, but also for knowledge, and her being so very nice! LOVED working with her. FIVE stars for this realitor!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Moving cross country is an intimidating prospect. Not being able to have boots on the ground to vet the suitability of properties makes it even harder. Brandy helped our family navigate this very stressful and difficult process with the kind skill and friendliness one could only hope for. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
