About Brandy Hoppins

I am an Oregon Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of industry experience including an extensive mortgage background. Since moving to the Rogue Valley in 2006, my husband and I have raised 4 beautiful children and currently own and operate a mattress and flooring store in Grants Pass, carrying on the small business legacy of my husbands parents. Watching our children play soccer, baseball, wrestling and basketball is something that I will forever treasure. I love the beauty and fun southern Oregon has to offer with hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, horseback riding, wine tasting...the list just goes on! My personal favorite is horseback riding and I can share with you some great horseback riding trails. A focus on customer service, strong industry experience and integrity are what allow me to ensure my clients needs stay top priority. I look forward to meeting you!

We were serendipitously connected with Brandy when I inquired about a listing through Zillow and got assigned to Brandy. We couldn't be more grateful to have had the chance to work with Brandy during our house hunt. She was so patient and thoughtful about helping us find a home that met the many criteria we set for our new home. We love Brandy because she is very experienced in many aspects of realty and has a wealth of knowledge to share, she is down-to-earth and keeps it real with you, and she goes above and beyond to be of service to her clients. We didn't think twice about continuing to utilize her services to help us sell our old house. I highly recommend Brandy!

We could not be more pleased as a selective buyer in search of our final retirement home after a year of searching with Brandy Hoppins. We began our search 2 months before we sold our home coming to Josephine county living in our RV until we found the best fit for us. Brandy was very patient with us and all agents she interfaced with given the crazy fluctuations in home prices and not compromising a proper fit for us and budget. She was all we could had ever been blessed with on this adventure together! Finding that right home is very important to her.

We worked with Brandy Hoppins, who is a part of the Remax team. Brandy was the absolute best! As first time home buyers, we feel so lucky to have had Brandy as our real estate agent. She helped us navigate the home inspection process, the negotiation process, property research, and every tiny detail in between. Brandy worked hard to close the deal, was incredibly responsive, and proactive--often thinking of things we never would've even dreamed to ask about.

I cant express enough how grateful we are to have found Brandy as are Realator. She went far beyond our expectations. My husband and I are not the easiest clients to work for; since we are so picky. Brandy showed us probably 50 homes all over southern and coastal Oregon; and she did it with a smile on her face. Every time we called her she got right back to us. You cant go wrong with Brandy on your side.

Brandy made our search for our dream home a breeze. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and responds promptly to inquiries. She walked with us from the beginning to the end anticipating our needs and educating us on aspects we werent aware of such as rural fire insurance. She acted as liaison when appropriate between insurance and lenders, which was very valuable to us. I absolutely recommend her and give her five out of five stars.

Brandy was such a joy to work with! She went above and beyond to find me the perfect home for my daughter and I. I'm still in shock that she found me, a 23 year old single parent a home that is actually in my budget! I will definitely being using her again when I move.
