The first thing you want to do is get pre-approved for a mortgage. You want to know how much home you can afford before you start looking. In this competitive market, you need to submit a strong pre-approval letter along with your offer.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Do as much as you can to make sure your home looks as move-in ready as you can. There are low cost options your Realtor can share with you that will make your home look fresher, and therefore result in more money to you.

In my 2 decades of real estate experience I have worked with all types of clients; from investors building their rental portfolio to relocation clients moving to Charlotte.

I recently coordinated a home sale and purchase for a client in the same day. Everything went very smoothly!

I started my real estate business in 1997 after graduating from college.
