ZillowVERIFIEDBrandy, was quick to respond to all communications and was on top of the details during the whole buying process. Very smooth transaction. We are in an area with a very competitive market and she was able to find something within my price range.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our home in 2016 from Brandy Brown and her team. She really listened to us and found us the perfect home! We were so pleased with their service that a year later when my parents moved here they also bought their perfect home from Brandy! Cannot say enough great things about them!

ZillowVERIFIED I absolutely loved my experience in buying and selling a home with Brandy! We bought our first home in 2012 and it was a short sale and a bit of a challenge, but her commitment to us as buyers and her dedication to seeing it through was amazing! Anytime I had a question she was always willing to answer! We later had her sell the home in 2019 when my husband's job moved us out of state. She is a wonderful person to work with!! Can't recommended her enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED We listed two homes with Brandy Brown simultaneously in late spring 2019. Brandy did an excellent job preparing our listing and the photos were very professional. We had offers immediately. Brandy kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. We were very impressed with the fact that she returned phone calls and replied to emails without any hesitation. We closed on both homes within days of each other. If you are looking for a professional Realtor, we would highly recommend talking to Brandy.

ZillowVERIFIED She made the first time home buying experience AWESOME. FYI don't trust Fannie Mae. We accepted one of there counter offers, only for the "upper management" to pull it off the table after we signed it! Brandy assured us and we closed after two months and more than 6 different offers.
