The house we wanted had renters in it and she worked diligently to get both our needs met and get us in the house with plenty of time to prep for baby (without much help from the selling agent). She has a great personality; very down-to-earth which makes her approachable. We felt like we could ask her anything. She explained everything very clearly and was very flexible; she worked well around my wife and I's crazy schedule.She was rooting for us 100% and determined to find us a home we would be happy in. In fact, she knew we had found our house before we did. We saw a house that we liked, but passed on making an offer on it because we wanted to see more houses. She even said "Are you sure? You guys seems really happy about this house." We told her we wanted to see more and that was that... she didn't pressure us, she completely respected our decision.
