But anytime we saw a house that we liked she had no issue doing a video walk through. As soon as I talked to Krystal on the phone, I knew they were a level above the rest. We were not disappointed. Our situation was difficult because we are out of state and the location of the house would potentially limit the buyers that would be interested. Within a month, we had a good offer that we accepted. Brandon and Krystal worked very hard staying on top of the inspections, keeping us informed, and they set up any and all repair work needed at the house. ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for cooler weather (we are from the Casa Grande area), some property where we could have a garden, trees and a view, so we saw a couple of properties for sale in Sierra Vista. When we got to the first property Krystal's name was on the sign. Although we did not care for the house, she asked if we could meet with her and her husband Brandon. We spent the afternoon together exploring the area and getting to know each other. We thought Brandon and Krystal were very responsive to our needs, so we decided to go there the next weekend for three days and really check out the area and homes. Brandon was with us for two of the days (Krystal was not feeling well) and we found a couple of properties we really liked. The last day we found a property that came on the MLS at 7:30, we viewed it at 9:30, put an offer in at 10:30, and we got the news that we were under contract at 1pm. Krystal handled all the office paper work and our phone calls very professionally and with great patience. They are a great team with excellent knowledge of the market and very easy to talk to. Would call them again in a minute! We could not be happier with their professional service for us, and Brandon knew a couple of people to help us do some repairs.

We ended up getting referred to literally the best real estate agents in the area, Krystal and Brandon Winters. Working with them has been an absolute delight. They were EXTREMELY and RAPIDLY responsive, as well as having top notch expertise and knowledge of the area and surrounding areas such as Hereford, Huachuca City and Bisbee. They both worked tirelessly on finding us a house, with multiple walk throughs on Skype so we could see for ourselves. They pointed out everything that stood to out them, to give us an idea of what it looked like in person. They were by far more concerned about what was right for us and our family, rather than the sale. Krystal and Brandon helped us through the entire process, answered many questions over weeks of looking and then through the actual buying process. When we got into town they were with us every step of the way and it felt as if we were their only client. They offered personal help with our move because of some difficult situations we faced with a move during covid. This is our fourth home purchase and finding honest, polite and respectful real estate agents can be difficult but Krystal and Brandon are the best I have ever met in the business. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I hope that in the future I get to work with them both again. They definitely make a hard process extremely easy. As buyers agent, she took care of scheduling the inspections we requested, attended each of them, was always on time and took pictures to share with us when we couldnt be present. All these at her own initiative. She also helped us get documentation promptly to our lender who gave us a great rate but wasnt the fastest in terms of processing the loan. Krystal kept us moving forward to find the perfect home for our family even after a first deal fell through due to drywood termites. ZillowVERIFIED I was pessimistic I could find in a house in a location I wanted (dark skies for astronomy, on a paved road, on a road safe for bicycles) and with features I wanted such as a three-car garage, at a price that I could afford. Krystal and Brandon are very knowledgeable of the market. They counseled me to be patience, and they told me that something would come up. It took three months, but the perfect house appeared. They showed the house to us the morning after it was listed, and we all decided that it was a good price below market. We made an offer that afternoon, and it was soon accepted. Krystal stayed in constant contact with me, and she was very professional in handling all the paperwork and dealing with the listing agent. She made a number of valuable suggests and recommendations regarding inspections and getting bids. She was present at all inspections, and took us on tours of the house several times before closing and then at closing. Based on the inspections we were able to reduce the price by several percentage points. Krystal and Brandon are both very warm and friendly, and they make an outstanding team. We were always confident we were in good hands. We would give them 10 stars if we could.
